Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions are between you and Episode Hotels and apply to all bookings of hotel rooms and meeting rooms.

You agree that you will make reservations in good faith for legitimate use by you and your invited guests only and not for any other purpose, including but not limited to reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

2. Rates and Payments
Room Rates

The room rate charges agreed when you made your reservation will apply to your booking. Breakfast, drinks, and other extras are not included in room rate charges, unless otherwise agreed. Room rate charges must be paid on check-in (save in the event of cancellation); all other charges must be paid on the go.

Meeting room rates

The meeting room rate charges agreed when you made your reservation will apply to your booking. Breakfast and drinks are not included in the meeting room rate charges, unless otherwise agreed. We cannot guarantee the availability of food & beverages if requested less than two days before your booking.


An invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking or at the time of check-in.


For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either with a valid credit card or by Virtual Card.

For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash or by a credit card:

Please note that we only accept Georgian Lari in Cash.

3. Cancellation, modifications and no-show


• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to check-in – the charge will be 100% of the first night, and 50% of the remaining nights’ cost.

• Cancellation after the check-in time is passed - 100% of the full night cost.

• Cancellation after the guest is already checked in - 100% of the stayed days/nights, 50% of the remaining days.

• No show- 100% of full night cost.


• Modification 24 hours prior to check-in time - free of charge (depending on availability)

• Modification within 24 hours prior to check-in - 50% of the canceled day.

• Modification after the check-in time is passed - 100% of the modified day.

• Modification after the guest is already check-in - 50% of the modified (canceled days)

If the reservation includes breakfast, the hotel will refund the meal fee to the guest. Please contact our support team for further information at info@episodehotels.com


Refunds of prepaid charges are generally processed within five business days after your request to cancel or modify your booking.

4. Check-in

Standard check-in time is any time after 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. If a room is available for early check-in, you can access your room early by paying 95 GEL from 6 AM until 3 PM. However, you need to confirm an earlier arrival time 24 hours before check-in.

If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked the night before.

The Episode Tbilisi will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

5. Check-out

Standard check-out time is no later than 12 PM. If you require a later check-out, from 12 PM until 6 PM the charge will be 95 GEL, after 6 PM the guest will be required to pay full night cost.

Please inform us about your late departure, at least 24 hours before check out.

We can store your luggage on the day of your check-out or check-in.

6. Room Occupancy, Children, and extra beds

Baby cots can be provided free of charge. No extra beds can be placed in rooms.

Children up to age 6 can stay free of charge.

7. Pet Policy

  • Any well-behaved pets (except aggressive animal species) are welcome
  • Maximum 2 pets are allowed in room
  • Weight limit: 20 kg
  • No extra fees or charges are applied for bringing pets in
  • Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel unless it is in the guest's room.
  • Pets must not be left unattended, otherwise the Episode Hotels is entitled to contact the Animal Control Service.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and personal injuries resulting from their pet.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
  • Housekeeping services for rooms with pets require pet owner to be present or pet must be crated.
  • Refrain from bringing your pet/s in common areas within the property such as the Restaurants, Co-Working space, Gym, Conference and meeting rooms.

8. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our hotel (besides terraces and atrium territory). If smoking or vaping is detected a fine, 200 (two hundred) USD equivalent in GEL, in accordance with the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Georgia for the day of the payment will be charged to your credit card on file.

9. Parking

We do not have a private parking slot because of the prime location, nonetheless there is a paid city parking next to the hotel.

Please note that the hotel is not responsible for your parked car. However, our Epvisers will always be ready to help you to pay for your parking cost.

10. Right To refuse Service

10.1 We reserve the right to refuse service or evict you, without refund, if you (i) are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and act in a disorderly fashion, (ii) disturb the peace of other guests, (iii) seek to use our hotel for an unlawful purpose, (iv) destroy, damage, deface, or threaten harm to hotel property or guests or (v) cause or permit persons to exceed the maximum allowable room occupancy.

10.2 Firearms and weapons

You are not permitted to carry, store, or possess firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind while at our hotel. We reserve the right to refuse service and ask that you leave our hotel in the event you fail to abide by this policy. This policy does not apply to law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.

10.3 Alcohol

We reserve the right to not serve alcohol.

11. Damage to Hotel

Any damage to rooms, meeting rooms, or the hotel premises caused by your party during the stay and items missing upon your departure will be charged.

12. Lost and Found

You acknowledge and agree that Episode Hotels cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. If you leave an item behind, it is your own responsibility to retrieve such item.

Recommendation: All of the rooms have safe boxes and we recommend you to save your expensive items there.

13. Wi-Fi

Our wireless network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express, or implied or statutory. We do not warrant that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times or will meet your requirements. We are not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using our wireless network.

Our wireless network is provided to you at our discretion. Your access may be blocked, suspended or terminated for any reason.

You may not (i) use our wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited, (ii) use our wireless network in such a manner as to host a web or other server, send or facilitate the sending of bulk e-mail or collect third party personal data without appropriate consent, (iii) exceed typical bandwidths relevant to the period that you use our wireless network, (iv) resell, or attempt to resell, our wireless network to any third party.

We maintain a log of technical traffic data of your usage activity for system performance, maintenance purposes, for the purpose of processing criminal offences and system security requirements. We process personal data collected by us in connection with your use of our wireless network is subject to our Privacy Statement. By using our wireless network, you consent to such processing.

14. Recording and Photography

Any audiovisual recording, photo shoot, reproduction or representation of images including the premises and buildings of our hotels other than for strictly private use is subject to our prior approval. Permission can be obtained by contacting us at.

15. Privacy

During the reservation process and your stay Episode Hotels collects your personal data. These data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement and according to any applicable laws and regulations. If you have created multiple accounts, we may combine those accounts for organizational, analytical, fraud prevention, data minimization and marketing purposes.

16. Force Majeure

Episode Hotels does not accept liability or pay any compensation for any breach of these terms and conditions or delay or failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, (natural) disaster, fire, (acts of) war and terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disorder, governmental regulations, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional and catastrophic event, circumstance or emergency, delays in transportation, failure of services or inability to obtain any necessary information or consent from any authority.

17. Final Provision

Amendments and additions to the Accommodation Contract or the Standard Terms and Conditions must be made in written form. Unilateral amendments or additions by the Guest are invalid.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising between the parties out of the contractual relationship, provided the Guest is a businessman, legal entity of public law or a public law special equity fund, is Georgia
